This is an outstanding opportunity with Taleo, the leader in on demand Talent Management solutions. We’re searching for a seasoned software development leader with a track record of process improvement and a solid understanding of SaaS based applications. This role combines a strategic focus with tactical oversight to ensure successful execution of the Agile Release Management process and consistent superior service delivery. This person will serve as the process change champion and change agent working in concert with the Program Managers and Development Managers to construct and manage the entire release management schedule and execute on world class software development processes. This position is based in Dublin, California.

To qualify you must have the following experience:

Ø 10- 15 years of experience in a distributed software development environment

Ø Recent senior management experience developing enterprise level software products

Ø Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of SDLC

Ø Prior experience successfully implementing agile software development process improvements

Ø Experience managing resources across horizontal work teams

Ø Experience leading the development of SaaS or Cloud applications highly desirable
