Michael Gold – President, Gold Executive Services

Mike's career includes more than 20 years of recruiting and staffing consulting experience exclusively with high-technology companies. In addition to working at all levels of technical recruiting, he brings strong business experience having co-founded three startup companies in Austin, Texas.

He was co-founder of Career Communities, a web based employment forum and also a founding member of StartupStaffing, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in recruiting services for startup companies. Additionally, Mike served as founder and President of Velocity Software, Inc., an applicant tracking software company.

Before moving to Austin, Mike served as a senior manager for a technical contract services firm in Northern California from 1986 to 1991. He established the company's first remote location in Austin in 1989 and received numerous awards for his innovation and contribution to the growth of the company. During his career Mike has worked directly for many well known companies ranging from Startup to Fortune 500.

Mike's breadth of experience has given him a strong competitive edge working with clients. His passion and understanding of the industry allows him to apply a unique perspective to assist companies who wish to grow a champion team.
